If you placed an order through the website, download the Astrader app and log in using the temporary password sent to your email. Once logged in, you can track your order using the provided order ID.
Alternatively, you can send your order ID via WhatsApp, and our support team will update you on your order status.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been accepted. Once the order is accepted, cancellation is no longer possible.
No. The final price is displayed at checkout. All prices include applicable taxes, while shipping charges are calculated separately.
Yes. You may add instructions in the “Special Instructions” box during checkout in the app. On the website, instructions can be added on the View Cart popup or the View Cart page.
Once an order is placed, changes are not allowed. This includes adding or removing items or changing the delivery address. To add more items, please place a new order. For assistance, contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM can be scheduled for the next day. Deliveries resume from 11:00 AM, Monday to Sunday.
